She produced national television ads for brands like Scotia Investments, Sagicor Group, and Foska Oats. Within the year, she was charged with heading up the company's slate of original video content, producing 4 original series airing on national television network, FLOW tv. Rachel was a member of the 2016 cohort of the CaribbeanTales CTI Incubator in Toronto, where she developed and pitched her original pilot, West Bay, during TIFF.
