The toughest demo to cast is elders. In the context of Diaspora storytelling, this is a very big challenge as our creators dive deep into themes of family, legacy, and heritage. Our matriarchs and patriarchs have given us their stories and we need to nurture the talent that can portray them.
We’re seeking nominations for African & Caribbean men and women over 60 who would be interested in performing in a short film or television series. Nominees must reside in Ontario, Canada.
