Bio
Nadine is an experienced creative professional originally from the UK. As an actress, she’s been a member of community theatre groups and have toured around London, England, which includes the EMMA nominated play ‘Black On Black’ as the notorious Doris in the segment ‘Don’t Fight Your Brother’.She has also acted in music videos and indie films, in Canada and the UK.
For a number of years, Nadine participated, directed, coordinated, choreographed and been a movement director for both industry and community projects. She has worked with various companies and performances spaces such as Rogers Canada, the Legislative assembly of Ontario in Canada and Royal Festival Hall, and Royal Albert Hall in London UK.
Nadine was the founder and director of NBDT Ltd in the UK, for a number of years providing dance, drama and team building support to educational and non–educational bodies. She was awarded a Winston Churchill Traveling Fellowship to travel to Cuba and Jamaica to research Folkloric culture and taught workshops and taught African retention in Caribbean folklore, dance and African and Caribbean dance technique.
